Payment of a non refundable deposit of £20* per person is required when booking. The remaining balance of £95* (or £79* if qualified for early bird) per person will be required by the end of August 2010 or bookings may be lost.  Don't worry though, we'll e-mail you or drop a letter in the post to remind you!

Please note that we are now only accepting full balance payments only for this years event.

* Please note that we have added what looks like a Postage and Packaging charge when paying online.  This is actually here to cover costs for processing your online payment from our secure transaction company, PayPal.  For your convenience we have adjusted the threshold of the charges, so if you make a full payment you will save £1.50.  To avoid these charges, you can contact Chris or Dom directly to book your place.

**  Please note that single room requests will also be charged a supplement of £10 per person per night (£20 total).
